Terms and Conditions for Transactions
Who are we?
Seahorse Laboratories Ltd, is a privately owned and academically centered Core Laboratory Analytics and Distribution services company incorporated in England and Wales, whose registered office is at Leytonstone, London, E11 4DF, UK. The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Seahorse Laboratories Ltd for the sale and purchase of equipment & services or any other good available for sale (“a product”). The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Notification of changes
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of this site are owned or controlled for these purposes by Seahorse Laboratories Ltd.
Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Seahorse Laboratories Ltd aims to ensure that the pricing of products on the web pages is correct at all times, however, the web pages may not accurately reflect the correct details at the moment at which you place your order. Seahorse Laboratories cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted on dispatch and Seahorse Laboratories reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
The price payable for Goods shall be the total price plus any VAT, cost of packaging, postage and delivery.
Orders
All orders must be presented in a valid manner according to the agreed payment method such as credit/debit card, validated bank transfer or valid purchase order number. This forms a legally binding order between you the customer and Seahorse Laboratories Ltd
Trade Discounts
We offer volume discounts to distributors. These will be applied at the discretion of Seahorse Laboratories.
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your account signup form and order form(s) are complete and accurate.
You further undertake to hold the required licenses to use the goods appropriately, for example a valid GMC license to prescribe medication.
You should not rely upon the material or information on the website as a basis for making any clinical, medical, business, legal or any other decisions. Whilst we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, Seahorse Laboratories makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such material is therefore strictly at your own risk.
Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Seahorse Laboratories Ltd will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seahorse Laboratories all invoices are payable by the date for payment stated on the invoice in pounds sterling on a bank based in the UK or by such other method as is agreed in advance by Seahorse Laboratories Ltd.
Where payment method is by purchase order, all orders are subject to a term of 30 days payment from invoice being issued.
Late and overdue payments
Overdue payments shall incur interest charges (8% plus the Bank of England base rate) and an administrative fee as per the The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013 (Statutory Instrument 2013 No. 395)
After 90 days overdue, the debt shall be passed to a debt collection agency, who will charge their recovery fees in addition to the fees listed above.
Returns
Should customers wish to return an order they may do so by contacting Seahorse Laboratories or following the returns link on the online order detail. Except where the item(s) are defective, in order to be refunded items must be unopened and in a resaleable condition. Seahorse Laboratories shall organise collection of the item at Seahorse Laboratories' cost; if the item is unavailable or nobody present at the collection address on the agreed date then customers would need to organise and pay for the return cost themselves. Except where the item(s) were defective, returns shall incur re-stocking charges of 10% of the net value or £25 minimum charge where the net is less than £250.
Force Majeure
Seahorse Laboratories Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no circumstances shall Seahorse Laboratories be liable to you or any other third parties for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, damage for loss of business or loss of profits) arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use, this site, any of the material contained in it, or any of the goods and services listed on this site.

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Seahorse Laboratories Ltd shall be governed by English Law and you and Seahorse Laboratories Ltd submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
